This bilingual cultural cooking lesson will be conducted in English with Spanish vocabulary used when presenting facts about the dish and the ingredients of the recipe. Participants will learn how to make Venezuelan Bollos Pelones with fried plantains and bread, learn the story behind this tasty all time dish, and make a refreshing Papelón con Limón with a Costa Rican touch – Agua de Sapo!
Participants receive a booklet with the recipe in English and Spanish. Cooking ingredients and sodas are provided.
