Cultural Cooking Lesson: Enchiladas and Margaritas

This bilingual cultural cooking lesson will be conducted in English and Spanish. We are welcoming Mrs. Carmen Barajas from Jalisco, Mexico to guide us through this cultural cooking journey. Participants will  learn  to make delicious authentic Mexican Enchiladas while learning about traditions of Mexican families at the table and  while cooking.

Participants receive a booklet with the recipe in English and Spanish.  Cooking ingredients and Margaritas are provided. 

Cost $50 – Must be paid in full before the event to secure your spot.
