This course is offered to those interested in practicing civics questions and studying for the United States Citizenship test. Questions are divided into five main topics: American Government, American History, Geograph, Symbols, and Holidays. Each topic covers five to six lessons with reading, listening, speaking and writing activities. Participants use different resources to study these topics. (For instance, videos, podcasts, reading and writing. We use Google Classroom to share resources). Materials created by our instructor are written in simple English, others may be more challenging. This course does not teach you English. It is intended to help you practice for the test in a more relaxed and collaborative environment. Participants must have a good understanding of the English language including the ability to read, write, and speak basic English. This course preparation lasts four months. Every month is paid in full on the first day of the month.
New learners are welcome to join at any time. No prorrated rate- lessons lost can be made up with digital classroom practice.
